This happened over the summer. Washington University in St. Louis invited me to an on-campus interview in MO. I live in NYC. I attended the interview. Does this mean anything?

Because you were invited, WUSTL is showing interest in you. That's a good sign that WUSTL likes your stats (or whatever they saw of you to make them invite you). It's def a good sign.
