This guy was admitted to this prestigious school ED. But then he was caught drinking and received a 5 day out of school suspension. The superintendent sent a letter to his college. Do you think the college wouls rescind his application?

oh god, that's horrible of the superintendent >:| just because the poor guy was caught drinking?
I understand that it's a matter of principle (not adhering to the honor code or whatever), but STILL. There are far worse evils than DRINKING, and informing a uni of that, and thus taking away this kid's opportunity of attending his top choice is just ridiculous.

well, i have to sternly disagree with you there nikelaos...drinking has no part on any college campus! it is not something those administrations could possibly condone. and since we dont' want those drinking troublemakers stirring up the exclusivly serious academic enviornment present at all of america's fine institutions, i say off with his head!!

I got ten bux that Argilospsychi is one of the overprotective parents that surf these boards that do everything to get their child into a good school. I think that it is wrong and punish him at the school, don't punish his future too.

I don't know though...
The basic deal is that almost everyone drinks but just a few get caught. What's there to explain beyond "I was drinking and this time i got caught. won't do it again me sorry sorry sorry"
