I put down I woudl take Calculus 1C, Calculus 1D and Differential Eqs.
I only got into Calculus 1C at my community college. They're really anal about hs students, so its virtually impossible to get in because we have to register on the first day of classes, meaning we're 99% not gonna get in. I don't think I'll be taking a spring quarter class either because the times just don't work out for me.
I also took weight trianing (PE) the first semester of my senior year, but I dropped it 2nd semester.
Will I get screwed for these things?

Whether you get screwed or not is really out of your control right now. Just email your colleges and let them know what is happening.

If you want to take those courses there's always distance learning or independent study.
