I applied a day or two before the UW deadline and still have not recieved a acceptance/decline letter. I have 3.26, 1200 SAT, should I be worried about not getting in?

No, not at all. Your GPA and SAT score keep you from being automatically accepted, and instead your considered under a comprehensive review. Lots of my friends with similar credentials have yet to recieve word from uw, and all applied well before the deadline.

No need to worry, I applied a two months before the deadline and have a 3.4 1290, and still haven't heard from them.

I'm also from out of state, so does that decrease my chances?

I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but UW rejected me last year with a 1250, 3.5...out of state. I submitted my application a week before the deadline and when I talked to admissions, they said that I was a competitive applicant, but because of the rolling process, they did not have space for me.
