Hey all,

I recently applied to nursing school at Johns Hopkins, Georgetown and a handful of safety schools. My list of activities was lonnnng (I had to add pages!) but just the other day, my mom called and said "hey, remember when you were inducted into that "Phi-Sigma thing?" That Phi Sigma thing is Phi Sigma Theta, the honor society. And no, I had completely forgotten about that! Also, I didn't include on my applications that I have been involved in ballet, jazz and tap dance for many many years. I didn't figure it counted as an "extracurricular," but I'm starting to think it might! Problem is, my apps are sent! Should I send in an addendum listing these other activities, or should I keep my mouth shut? Thanks!

P.S. I should mention that I am in college already, I'm a transfer student.

I wouldn't worry about the dance at this point.
But a short, polite email to the admissions rep from your area saying "Forgot to mention that I was also inducted into Phi Sigma Theta. Please include this in my file" wouldn't hurt. Include your full name and social security number on the email so they can find your file.

Thanks! I think I will do just that. I feel so silly having forgotten it, but like I said, digging up all the stuff I'm in or have been in was quite a job! So each different area has their own admissions rep?
