what is the significance of this email...i cant even open the compressed file they sent....it is not addressed to anyone in particular..........im SCAREDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!

don't try to open it. berkeley would never send something titled "you are dismissed". Probably a virus or something, especially if it has an attachment.

Dude... NEVER OPEN an attachment from anywhere unless you expect it. It's because of people like you opening attachments because of scare tactics that viruses get spread.
