Are SAT I, SAT II, etc. required for Transfers to UC's?

SAT I, SAT II are not required. Look at the paper application and fill out parts that are labeled "ALL APPLICANTS" and "TRANSFER AND INTERCAMPUS APPLICANTS ONLY."

Does UC-Berkeley even look at SAT I scores for transfer applicants? Would it be worth my time to re-take the SAT I if it's been 9 years since I took it and I feel I could do significantly better this time around?

(I scored a 1350, later re-centered to 1400, in 1994.)
