ok..i just got my ACT scores back form February, and it went from a 30 to a 35...i know Brown will look at these scores since i got deferred, but will all of my regular decision schools like Dartmouth, Boston College, and Boston University look at them? soneone told me that they usllay dont go back to look at a closed file, but since im a minority (black), my file is **special** or some dumb thing, and there is a good chance they might...what will happen?!
BTW...the scores will get to the schools either weds. or thurs...

I don't know how someone can tell you ANYTHING about how adcoms work, as there is not really a set process.
I'd send the scores, of course, but I might also follow up with a letter that comments on your score rise, and that the new scores have been sent.
I would think adcoms like to be reminded of new, relevant information, and such a score rise certainly fits in that category.
Congratulations on fine performance.
