my dad only completed middle school.
my mom only completed high school. (could be a lie)
brother graduated from college
sister graduated from college

as the youngest kid in the family, am i still considered first generation college student or no?

Yeah, I think you are. Your siblings are the same "generation" as you, so it'd make sense that all of you are first generation.
