Hi! Just wondering... if anyone was going to Kenyon or any other Ohio colleges? (Denison, Ohio Wesleyan, blah blah)

I've heard Grinnell is a nice school though I haven't been there. Kenyon is beautiful--castle type old architecture. It's in a really tiny town though but if you don't mind it, then it's such a good school. I applied because I decided I'd rather do the city thing and stuff after college but a completely campus life was for me in college. I'm going to kenyon by the way.

Antigone, you might ask Morgantruce on this board about Kenyon. One of his D's goes there and is extremely happy.

I'm not going there, but Oberlin is a great school in Ohio. It has an in-state reputation for snobbery, but the people there are actually very friendly and helpful. I was part of their scholars program and spent a few days there. Great academics with a great conservatory... it's great .

I got accepted to University of Dayton and my brother is a graduate from UD. Nothing spectacular. It's a good school but, there is nothing to do in Dayton so I want out
