Honestly, this is probably the wrong board for this, but it's the first thing I thought of and I've been here for a while. And I know this guy from another board so I can't post there.

"I'm socially inept, meaning I have few people to talk to and nobody to really "talk to".
So when things started heating up these past few months, I was having problems dealing with the stress/anger/pain/whatever you want to call it."
"So, I did want any normal angsty teenager will inevitably do"
"I got out my knife, and started cutting myself."
"Right now I've •••••• up my arm pretty bad. I have to wear long sleeves to hide it"
"I started to do it on my hip and on my legs. Hopefully it won't be noticed there."

"Actually..."
"I do want to stay on this path."
"This is a survival technique. Suicidal, yes, but this is a stop-gap measure."


Any ideas?
I'm at a loss here.

He's a guy I've known fairly well online for a number of years. Lives in Texas. I live in WI.

He posts on another board, but not CC. It's an entirely different site.
