when i do print preview on the common app it goes to this other site with this box in the left hand corner and there is nothing there! why doesnt the print preview work?! I need to make sure my essays wont be truncated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!what should I do?

yes i do....and it works, but for some reason its still not working
