What do you mean by certified post ? How much does it cost (if the weight is that of a regular application) and how soon does it reach ?

It means you can trace your mail anytime after you submitted your stuff. You go online, type in the ID and the computer automatically tells you if your mail has been arrived or not.
Like such
"You entered 1003 1234 5678 1234 4567
Your item was accepted at 3:35 pm on December 24, 2003 in NEW YORK, NY 10128. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later."
It costs $2.30 each, plus your postal fees (which depends on the weight of your mail) It's updated every night. It's pretty kool. This way, you could keep track of everything. And if you stuff gets lost, you'll always know where it ends up and go pick it up. (www.usps.com--tracking& comfirm)
It generally takes 2-4 days. It's pretty fast. I had 12 certified emails and 9 are already there. I have 3 left and don't know why had them not arrived yet. :-(
PS
I'm checking as we speak.....

Well,I sent in lots of stuff besides my applicatins forms. So it was prrreettyyy costy.
My postal fee ranges : $0.37-$3.50
And add that to the cerfitied fee : $2.30
And multiple that 12 times. You do the math.
It was a very expensive day. :-(

I did certified mail, and it usually came out to $3.59 each. Not a lot for peace of mind!
