I'm using courier service to deliver my application. I only know the P.O. Box address of caltech, any one know the the street address of caltech admission office?

It looks like everything goes thru a university post office. I wouldn't worry too much about not having a street address for the admissions office's physical building. Keep in mind that the whole school is about the size of a large high school population-wise. Just use the address they give you on the app:
Cal Inst Technology
Office of Undergraduate Admissions
Mail Code 328-87
Pasadena, CA 91125

I sent it from an UPS Store, by UPS. I wrote the address how it is given on the application.

The tracking system says it arrived okay and that it was signed by someone.

So I guess it worked.
