Any of you wanna help me develop my essay? I'm applying RD...so I"m still working on it...

I'm doing the picture one...and i"m thinking of using a picture (w/o me) of the "steps of death" at a Nazi concentration camp that i went to...

any ideas of how to make this into my essay (describing importance, etc.)? and ideas for an approach would be great too!

Also, Stanford just gives a blank space and does not specify how many words the essay should be. Harvard wants 250-500, ucs want 600 word, but with stanford I have no clue. If I hand write it, I could get like 200 words in, if i type it double space 12 pt , I can get like 300 words, If I do 10 single space I can get like 600 words. Any guidelines/suggestions?

I did size 12 font and mine's 690 words. it fit perfectly.

the photo essay is NOT a short essay. save your ~200 words answers for the three short essays (activity, interest, roomate).
