I applied to UC schools in fall 2003 but decided to go to an out of state school instead. I was accepted to UCSB and UCD for fall 2003 and I was wondering if anyone knew the UC policy for keeping applications on file because I am looking to switch schools. I am fairly sure UC Riverside keeps app on file for 2 years for those who were accepted to enter. If anyone knows the UCD and UCSB policy towards this I would like to hear it before submitting a transfer app.

You can probably find the answer by looking at the UC admissions site www.ucop.edu.
