i have 607 words.. and the U.C's want 600 is that bad to have 7 words over??
i cant find ANYTHING to take out

Yes you can, and yes there are sticklers in the admission process who believe it bad if you go over the word limit although likely most won't notice yours.

7 words is nothing, they'll have no idea. My MIT essay was about 400 over heheheh. In retrospect, not such a good move. But it was interesting, so maybe they won't care
...I guess I'll find out December 15th.

My UC essays are 240, 600, 198. I think its fine and I'm sending it.

They aren't going to count it. 7 words over the limit would not be noticed. Most people say you can generally get away with being 10% over the limit or so before it becomes really noticeable. Good luck! =)

my essays are 560, 212, 230, lol. whatever, i already sent.
