For the past 4 years, I've done community service with my local mosque, though very few things have been religious in nature. I was wondering how I should list it on my applications. Should I put it as a "Mosque Volunteer Group" or as something else? Would mentioning the mosque help, hinder, or play no role at all in how they see it?

i'm jewish and put "temple youth group" and "religious youth group" depending on the school.

then again, i want to major in religion...
