I talked about my job at a movie theatre- e.i realizing that there a world of people outside my suburban, upper-class community. It was creative, but did talk about different duties/responsibilities at my job. (remember, it's only 250 words).

I wrote a pretty technical essay, just explaining what my responsibilities are in my youth group and why it's been so meaningful to me.
