I am taking SAT I in Dec. for the third, as well as the last, time and I wonder if I should arrange my scores to be sent now or right after I take the Dec. test.... I am applying for two UCs and some other schools with deadline of Jan 1...

Well, you can send those scores later. As far as i know, the admission office don't even start reviewing process by Febuary, so relax.

Then why do they want them so early-if they do not begin until Febuary?
