for this qs, am i supposed to write how one of the above things change me??

This is like getting a writing assignment that asks you to write about Waltzing Wilhelmina on the Wala-Wala and you ask the teacher what does he really want and he answers that is up to you. The question you have is very broad and thus one of many possible ways of going about it is to write about significant interests, activities, or persons in your life and how they changed you for the better.
