Should i fill this part in or no? And if I do, do i write that i want to become a Doctor in the future or what?

I did. I put a whole bunch of things I'm interested in, since I guess they want you to put something. I think it could help you if you have a few interesting career ideas.

Do you just list them or use complete sentences, like "I hope to become a Doctor"

I listed them (Business Management, Music Composition, Economics, etc.)
