if so, what r ur stats? and what r ur possible majors?

im applying to USC next year (im a junior right now). but my stats are: 3.9 UW 4.1 W, not sure of SATs (havent taken them, but my practices have predicted around 1350+), No SAT IIs yet (but im gonna take them in spanish, math Ic, french, writing), normal ECs, but will have great recs.

I'm applying to USC..
4.4 Weighted Gpa, have taken 5 ap courses, doing 4 more this year, 3 SAT2's average to 730, havent taken SAT1 yet, good recs, ok ecs

On a side note, although im applying, I really doubt I'll end up going there..im just applying since its close by I guess

man...you guys are pissing me off. im applying to USC with a 1290, 4.0, rank 1/270, ok rec., ok EC's, and no SAT II's. It's my #1 choice...I hope I get in...but i guess my stats are kinda low.
You guys shuldnt apply if you dont plan to go there. That way, I have more chances with my lower stats. .

4.24 W 4.0 UW

EC's: Hockey and some minor clubs
Major: probably engineering or something like that
Other: Brother went there, not my first choice though.

good luck again to u all. do u guys take the sat 2 that aligns w/ ur possible major? for example, if u wanna major in chem, do u guys take the sat 2 in chem, or does it matter at all?

I had a 1290 SAT and about a 4.1 weighted gpa and got in this past year. Don't freak out about your stats!

P.S.- Everyone seriously consider USC!!! It's an amazing school and I'm loving every second of it!

i'm just plain 1330...93.something unweighted GPA(i don't nkow which scale to use anymore. so i'm just gonna stick with the 93.something), 102something weighted, lots of music stuff, but not sending in a tape or anything...10/174

How do you apply directly to the Marshall School of Business? I thought everyone had to go in as pre-business and then apply for Junior year?

Actually, if I remember right- it's been a year- you have to apply under prebusiness, but they review everyone, and certain applicants get put straight into the business school. Everyone else stays with pre-business. If you don't get into the business school as a freshman, you apply during sophomore year.

Ignore what I said before. You don't have to wait until sophomore year to apply for the business school if you don't immediately get in. If you complete Writ 140, one econ course, and Math 117 or 118 you can apply. A lot of people finish those first semester freshman year, and can apply for second semester.
