I wont be able to make the ED deadline on time. My college transcript will be made by Nov 1st and posted by the 3rd. Nov 1st is the deadline btw. What should I do?

Just send all of the rest of your materials in on time and get your high s chool to send the transcript as soon as it can. That way YOU will have sent in all the things that you have control over on time and your school will be late. I'm sure they'll still consider you, especially if you call the school to explain your situation.
