Where are you thinking of applying??? Because your stats aren't horrible, and you are very involved in your community. So I think you at least have a chance at some good schools.

Try some small LAC, although it depends on what you want to study.

Mount Holyoke, Sarah Lawrence, Bard, Skidmore for example. These are all respected liberal arts colleges that are not incredibly selective (40% or so).

If you want university life, try Fordham, a *good* state school, maybe even try Boston U or something similar.

If you have a dream school in the top 15, you can always try, but those would be mega-reaches for you.

I'm from Savannah so it's pretty cool that you are from Johnson. I don't think you really have a chance at Wellesley, but who knows.
