The have fee waivers because they know people will need it. Stop sweating the small stuff and forget about it =)

It won't affect your chances whatsoever. I got into all the colleges I applied for a couple of years ago and used a Fee Waiver.
Use it and don't worry about it.

wat if you accidentally send in a the wrong number for the fee waiver? i mean it is not yours, wat would happen?
