Can you come back and let us know what you think? Scripps sounds terrific on paper so I am curious to hear your first hand impressions.

I love Scripps. My mailbox has been overflowing from numerous pamphlets and invitations.

I wish I could convince my parents to let me go to the Preview Day. I think it could be fun.

My only hesitation ... I am a guy!

i've actually already been to the Scripps campus during summer, and had my interview. it's absolutely gorgeous there. they have a 1:11 teacher to student ratio, and a 1:12 gardener to student ratio! (it might be the other way around, not positive) how great is that?

Also, did you get any sense of the social life at Scripps from your visit?

i want to study religious studies or education.

i know RS is a 5-college program, and i think education is too.

i didn't get much about social life b/c it was during summer, but i'm definitly going to find out more when i go next month. my tour guide did say it's pretty quiet, but if want a party you can always go to the other colleges.

My d will also be going to Scripps Preview Days, doing the overnight on Thursday, the Friday program, and the Saturday SAT I.

I've been looking at hotels to stay at. Since you've been there already, any suggestions?
