What happens if I send in test scores, transcript, recommendations before summiting application online and paying application fee?
Will they keep those things until I send something like part1 application which means I'm on the process?
For example, what happens if I direct SAT scores to a certain college, and I have not sent anything(like part 1 application) to them? will they throw out the score because they don't have any information about me? or will they keep the test result and wait until I start applying?
I'm lost

If you send in all of your other material sans application, the office will most likely staple it all together and put it in a "pieces pile.." as in, your non-finished application will sit in the pile with all of the other non-finished applications. Some admissions offices, like the grad school office I work for, won't put your app. into this pile (which they check regularly against the incoming mail), unless you've paid your application fee.. But still. If you send them things, they won't throw them away. Our admissions office has a HUGE pile of GRE/GMAT scores that we never, ever throw away.. If the person applies and doesn't send their scores along with the application, we look for them in the horribly large pile. Rest assured, no one's throwing bits of your application away.

Harvard says not to worry. They keep everything for 12 months, app fee paid or not.
