Hi all - my son is participating in a unique program. He goes to a regular high school in the A and then to a charter school in the PM. The charter school opened here a couple of years ago to focus on "Ressearch and Technology" and offers focus on various tech area (sort of like a magnet school, I would guess, but at a more sophisticated level) There is lots of interaction with "real world" type stuff. Son is taking all AP/Honors level courses at his regular school and English (unfortunately just regular College Prep English although he was in Honors last year) as well as Oracle at the charter school. I am wondering how this will look on his apps. In CA, he should be fine, as the program is well known and apparently well thought of, at least so we're told. But I am wondering about outside of our home state...anyone have any thoughts/experience with something like this?
