am i at a disadvantage to getting into a good college because my high school does not offer any honors classes?

No, colleges just look to make sure that you took the hardest classes available at your school. However, this means that they will put A LOT more weight on your SAT I and SAT II scores since your GPA (lets say is 4.0) can't be compared with someone with a 4.0 that took 10 AP classes since he/she clearly had to endure harder classes.
