are there any good colleges/ universities beside the Ivies which offer need based aid or merit scholarships to international students. I am an indian student , SAT-1 score : 1400 , SAT-2 physics :750 , SAT-2 Chemistry :760 , SAT-2 math 2c - 800 .
I plan to take electrical engineering as my major for undergraduation .Does any one have any idea about Texas A&M , University of texas-Austin , North Carolina State university , University of Southern California etc. on how good are their undergraduate EE programs and whether they offer aid to international students .
please can u also suggest some other colleges of similar ranking where int'l students get aid
