Do colleges look down on making up courses in adult or summer school. Or do they just see it as a regular grade

This shouldn't be a problem at all, Mike, assuming the quality of the courses appears to be good. These courses probably won't be calculated in your GPA, though, if they come from different institutions. Some high school grade-grubbers will actually skip unweighted courses at their HS and take equivalent classes at the local community college - this boosts their GPA by making their HS weighted classes a higher percent of their total load. Assuming there is some logic for your taking these classes (not that you flunked them at your HS!), you should be fine.
