I know that Harvard's acceptance rate is around 11%, but if the Early Decision rate is above this, then the Regular Decision rate is way lower than 11%, right?? I'm kind of worried. I can never find any statistics on Harvard's admissions! Does anyone know where I can find some?

They do have it on their website. Look on the left hand panel on the admissions page.

Early Decision does not exist at Harvard.

The Early Action admission rate is only about 18%. Harvard makes it very clear one's chances don't really improve by applying to them early.
