made a 360 turn around and did great. Im not saying they want you to do bad, but I knowsome who did horrible their freshman and stopped going to school. The next three years they did great and got into Stanford. Another person I know that got into Cornell did bad the first two years, and did fantastic the next two years. Does anyone disagree?

He meant that they completely turned themselves around...in a circle.
