Columbia University
Cornell University
Dartmouth College
Harvard University
Princeton University
University of Pennsylvania
Yale University
a league now because of sports.

All of these schools are located in the north eastern part of the country and are among the best academic schools in the world. Even though the league was formed due to sports, it is now more well-known for its academics.
