I'm sure some of you have probably gotten something from them. I think the teachers are supposed to nominate you or something for their different awards. Is this kinda like Who's Who? (as in not to mention in apps)

If you have to pay, you are being sold something. Take it from there. I haven't heard of this particular one, but if its anything like the others, you're better off spending your money elsewhere.

bump; this thing is exactly like Who's Who. The only difference is that a teacher has to nominate you. so does it make it worthy of putting it on a resume??

I "got" one of these awards for Science, and I don't think I paid anything. Of course they try to sell you stuff, but you don't have to pay to actually "get" the award. However, I think I will refrain from putting it on college apps, for the fact that it's just something trying to get your money.
