I was rather unimpressed by the starting salaries of M&T grads, given how competitive the program is. The salaries were lower than those of pure engineering grads at other schools. So, if earning potential matters to you, it may not be worth it.

My cousin just graduated this year and nailed a job with 120k starting salary and a free BMW (company car I think). It tooks him 4 1/2 years to finish but ended up with a 3.5.

Mad stuff, Cornellian. That's much better than double the average (in the mid-50's). He's a very fortunate person!
