If I want to get admitted into either Cal Tech, Berkely College of Chemistry, MIT, or any other major science school, do I HAVE to take an SAT II in science? I want to major in either Chem or Physics, but I feel much stronger in US Hisory. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

at Cal Tech you have to have:
Writing
Math (IIC I think)
and either Bio, Chem or Physics
It says so on their website. I was looking there for the app today, unfortunately its not posted yet.
