How would these extra curriculars look in adcom's eyes? By the way, I am still going to do all of them because they are fun.
1. Rifle Shooting (School Team)
2. Fencing (Private Lessons)
3. Boy Scouts of America (Eagle Scout)
Any opinions would be nice.

YES! those are sooo unique, and definetly will set you apart from a bunch of other people!
