It seems as if some people who disagree with what I wrote kindly subscribed me to many different sites; gay porn, free cards, personal horoscope, $10,000 lottery, and many more. That is so caring.

Unfortunately, I only signed up for that account not to give out my real email address.

How do you know that someone here subscribed you? I'm just curious, not meaning to argue with you or anything (I'm just an old mom anyway. What do I know?!). I get tons of porn ads. Our addresses are easily accessed here (and no, I don't use my "normal" address either). It's pretty easy for a SPAM company to search these sites and get any addresses they want, as they aren't hidden from lurkers.

I signed up for that account solely to hide my real email address. I don't use that email anywhere else.

I do have Kazaa but my 5 other hotmail accounts don't get any spam. That's how.

Your email address was probably picked up by one of those scavenger programs that automatically searches the internet for email addresses. I get tons of spam too, but it isn't because anyone signed me up for it.
