Do summer programs enhance your application or do they look bad because you just want to make it look good by paying?
I am going to harvard this summer and taking an Economics course. I am really looking forward to it. Should I include it in my application next year? How will it look?
Thanks for responding

Of course this should be included next year. You would include a college course at your local no-name junior college, wouldn't you? Colleges like to see that applicants have taken college courses while still in high school. Does it make sense to not include this one just because it's Hahvahd? Go, have a great time, and include it next year. (just don't write your essay on "When I was at Harvard...")

I was just worried because some people mentioned that it only shows your ability to write a check.
Thanks for the comment! I surely will include it in my application...
