ok, what do you think about this: Do you think that having enormous academic grades are better than normal guys taking some activities and academic levels? What I mean is that my little brother who is 10th grade right now took most rigorous courses at school. (APCALC BC, AP CHEM, AP BIO, AP SPANISH) Now he wants to take 6 AP classes plus CALCULUS III nearest CC next year but also he considers being club presidents and other activities, orchestra, sports etc. You guys can estimate that is almost impossible to carry all he wants. THe bottomline is that do you guys think that it is better for him while he is in 11th grade next year getting into college with toughest classes in high school plus taking physics and chemistry and math beyond AP level without club activities. Or take normal APs and do club and sports activities.

ok, assuming that we're all human, definitely DO NOT overkill. you may be able to handle it for the first semester of the yr but it's only a matter of time before you completely crash and burn. the trick is to know your limits. we only have 24 hrs in a day, can't do EVERYTHING.
