I would say UCSD is the best among those 3 for biology and pre-med, followed by UC Davis. You should have a decent chance at UCD/UCI, and UCSD is a reach.

Can anyone reccomend some more schools for me in Cal or out of state that might be safety for this major.
Thank you

Santa Clara/LMU might be. Maybe cal poly. I'd say you're in at UCR and UCSC, and SC has a pretty good bio program. I also agree that UCSD is the best for bio out of the three listed.

Your safeties can be UCSC and UCR.

UCSD: Slight Reach
UCD: Safe Match
UCI: Safe Match

If you're interested in private schools, you might consider the University of San Diego. They have an excellent science program with a fabulous new research facility. It would be a match, perhaps a safety, for you.
Other private schools on the west coast with strong science programs include: Occidental (match), Harvey Mudd (reach),
Whitman (match), Reed (match), University of Puget Sound (safety), Willamette (match/safety), Pepperdine (match).
