Well so here is my list and my stats

what im really looking for is a really strong running program and a really strong academic program and a nice new england more rural than urban school on the smaller side

and basically my list is already huge due to my like of precise decisiveness but almost every school that fits into criteria i want is over 40k per year - a problem for my parents

now can anyone tell me some schools that are as close to the things im looking for as possible that also will give me a decent amount of money either academically or athletically? (assuming that im qualified to receive either)
