I was looking at queens university and noticed how good their business program is. My question is how hard is it to get into their school as an undergrad?

If you're looking for business, you're on the right track looking at Queen's and york

And it'S hard to give you a definite indicator of how hard it is without knowing your stats and stuff....but in general it's not too challenging to get into Canadian schools.

For Canadian Business schools, look for McGill/Queen's/UBC and for less selective schools York/Western Ontario.

Queens, York, Western Ontario, UofT, and UBC have the most selective business schools for undergrad. For grad school Queens is the most selective but it is only for sci & tech so they only get a small amount of applications. UofT is the most selective mba school when it comes to the highest average gmat and highest average starting salaries (being located in the middle of the largest economic center in Canada and recuiting grounds for large international firms), Western follows up close behind. Financial times surveys show UofT grads making 103k US, Western grads making 101k, Queens 94k, York 84k, McGill 81k, UBC 78k, Alberta 65k.
