Ohio State's business program is top 15 and you could probably get a scholarship.

Might want to look at some LAC's-Holy Cross is a very good liberal arts school with strong programs in accounting and economics. Also being from Oregon might help at a school like Holy Cross. USC has a good reputation on west coast and not sure about BC's reputation as it is not in the same league of Emory and USC,and Holy Cross.

Economics and accounting probably doesn't match the straight forward business education at a "business school" in a university.

YOu have a great chance at all of them if your estimation of sat scores holds true
