Does anyone know the top 25 or so, computer science schools?

There's a difference between Computer Science and Computer Engineering.

But check out U.S. News website, they have ranking for undergraduate Computer Engineering under "Best Engineering Prgram".

U.S. News does not rank undergrad CS programs. However, the magazine does rank grad programs in CS:
