The top schools will most likely drop out your theology grades and recompute your GPA - keep that in mind. Doesn't mean you shouldn't still get A's in theology, just that they won't count for much at some schools. I only see two AP's on the list --- are you planning on self-studying? I'm surprised that you could go from Algebra II directly into Calculus - usually there's a pre-calc. or trig class in there first somewhere but each school is different.
Also, your language situation isn't clear to me - why only the one year of Latin and then the switch to French? In general, it's better to stay with the same language for all four years. But don't sweat it too much - your curriculum looks good to me, do your best and save some time for fun!
