What is the essay prompt?

All those topics have potential. The trick is to find something that will give the admission committee an idea of what you are like as a person, something that helped you develop an insight or mature. I think the physical therapy isn't the best topic, since it happened when you were quite young. Try to find a special moment or interaction with another person in one of your work or camp experiences that would give the adcom an idea of what makes you tick. If you were turned onto psychology in a class, you might want to talk about that. I think the first AP class experience would not be so special. Journal a few rough drafts to see if you get inspired.

the topic is ANYTHING
see cause my feet were crooked... i need operation... i worked hard in therapy and surgery was not needed and now i do wat i love doing at school... running track....
is that good?
one of my schools topics is WRITE ABOUT AN INTELLECTUAL EXPERIENCE.... so i thought i would write about psychology class and i learned a lot about how people think... and how i got a 5 on the AP test and stuff cause it was so interesting...

Pattykk has a good post for you above. The best topic is the one that really brings out your personality and displays some insight. That said, I lean toward a work topic, as I suspect application readers get all the school/teacher/course essays they can take. A slightly different setting may be more engaging.

Maybe the physical therapy essay has promise after all. You worked very hard, which shows a lot of forbearance and discipline. You are now running track, which is a triumph over your disability. You might want to go into some detail on just what it is about running that you love.
I would not do the psychology class topic. The adcom's will see that you made a 5 on your AP test in other sections of your application. Your essay should not be a recompilation of your accomplishments. It should be more reflective or imaginative. They want to know who you are. They would like to read something that reveals something of your essence. Loosen up a little. Don't be too focused on being the perfect student or a dutiful person. Get a little bit personal.
