Obviously I live in Florida (name) and I was wondering if going there for my undergrad would be such a bad idea. It is really cheap, in fact I would get paid to go there, and it has a great social life. I guess, the question is would it hinder my chances to get into a prestigous grad school. Thanks.

University of Florida is a highly respected school. Many from there (and elsewhere) get into prestigious grad school programs, which depends far more on what you do in college rather than where you go. I say go and enjoy (and work hard too).
